There are many successful leadership concepts. But of the many successful concepts of leadership, there is one of the most crucial factors whose effects are particularly appealing to your business.
What is that? WISELY IN TAKING DECISIONS. Still has something to do with the previous article right? Yes, there is still ... And wise in making decisions is an important thing you must master.
What if the effect is not immediately mastered? The bet is the future of your business. Whatever your business type and the smallest of your business, still you have to make decisions right?
So above I told you that wise in making decisions is a soft skill that you must master immediately. Being wise in making decisions is the most important part of a successful leadership concept.
So what's the problem with how to make wise decisions? If cuman wisely in making decisions hell, everyone can also. But what kind of wisdom is included in the concept of successful leadership.
A good question ... and that's why this good leadership article I write. The wisdom in making good decisions should be able to meet the two conditions I mentioned below: RESEARCH AND RECOGNIZING A TEAM DESIRE.
It looks easy yes? Who says it !! Thinking rationally and accommodating a team are two things that MAY BE REJECTED. Want to know the example? Do not go far, from my personal experience alone.
I, have 2 outstanding business partners. Call it A and B. They have both advantages as well as "specific" shortcomings. My A partner, has tremendous market analytics. In addition, the calculation of the money to be spent by the company in addition to its affairs with marketing is very strict.
My partner B, he is very thorough, diligent, perfectionist and have a high discipline. He always wants everything to run "beautiful, complete and perfect". Well, at one time, we did a business evaluation.
The result of the evaluation is that the company plans to increase the cost of marketing advertising while also increasing the showroom equipment. There was a conflict at the meeting. Si A, he insisted no need to add showroom gear. He reasoned that it only adds cost and reduces the marketing budget.
Si B says different things. Equipment showroom he needs is a standard requirement that must be owned a showroom so that employees can work with the maximum. There is an interesting attraction there.
It's just that these two people have weaknesses. Si A, is a rationalist so he rarely heed the wishes of others. The contents of his brain is just a rational step. And incidentally, he was one of those who rarely understood other people's feelings. If the Javanese say ra nduwe tepo seliro ... Not got any feelings.
Si B, has a different weakness. He is too perfectionist, so the cost of the company sometimes swells up because of his ideas. So, what am I doing? As a business leader, I take the decision by looking at the two things above ... Rational and accommodate the wishes of team members !!
I still maintain the opinion of the A by adding a marketing budget because I know that sales is the pulse of a business. And rationally, by adding marketing budget, sales will increase and we can return investors' money as soon as possible.
On the other hand, I still add showroom equipment to accommodate the wishes of B but in a gradual way ... that is set aside some profits in each month to buy all the needs of the B with a rational value.
Why do I still accommodate the wishes of B although I can actually delay it? You still remember it with the character of B that I mentioned above? Thorough, disciplined and diligent ... that's his character.
Well, with the character of this B, all the smoothness of my business activities can run very perfectly. Stock warehouse is always right, finance is always right, employees are always supervised its performance, payroll is always on time until S.O.P which always maintained its performance.
So in other words, the smoothness of my business activities is very dependent on him. So, what would happen if it turns out he later "mutung" aka cranky because his desire is not fulfilled? Who will run the wheel of my company's activities? Even though I know that sales are the pulse of a business, without the smooth running of a company's activities, it's just a lie.
You know what I say to the A related to the desire of the B? Here is my remark:

Well, the point is if you want a successful leadership concept, regardless of the type of leadership you are following, always look at the 2 things above ... RESEARCH AND RECOGNIZE A TEAM DESIRE. Although the desire you are accomodating is just the desire of your company employees.
As long as the desire is still rational and beneficial to your business, why not? You do not want your business round bundas alias destroyed because of leaving your employee or business partner who is talented? If not, keep in mind the successful leadership concept above ...
