    I, have 2 outstanding business partners. Call it A and B. They have both advantages as well as "specific" shortcomings. My A partner, has tremendous market analytics. In addition, the calculation of the money to be spent by the company in addition to its affairs with marketing is very strict.

    My partner B, he is very thorough, diligent, perfectionist and have a high discipline. He always wants everything to run "beautiful, complete and perfect". Well, at one time, we did a business evaluation.

    The result of the evaluation is that the company plans to increase the cost of marketing advertising while also increasing the showroom equipment. There was a conflict at the meeting. Si A, he insisted no need to add showroom gear. He reasoned that it only adds cost and reduces the marketing budget.

     Si B says different things. Equipment showroom he needs is a standard requirement that must be owned a showroom so that employees can work with the maximum. There is an interesting attraction there.

     It's just that these two people have weaknesses. Si A, is a rationalist so he rarely heed the wishes of others. The contents of his brain is just a rational step. And incidentally, he was one of those who rarely understood other people's feelings. If the Javanese say ra nduwe tepo seliro ... Not got any feelings.

    Si B, has a different weakness. He is too perfectionist, so the cost of the company sometimes swells up because of his ideas. So, what am I doing? As a business leader, I take the decision by looking at the two things above ... Rational and accommodate the wishes of team members !!

    I still maintain the opinion of the A by adding a marketing budget because I know that sales is the pulse of a business. And rationally, by adding marketing budget, sales will increase and we can return investors' money as soon as possible.

   On the other hand, I still add showroom equipment to accommodate the wishes of B but in a gradual way ... that is set aside some profits in each month to buy all the needs of the B with a rational value.

    Why do I still accommodate the wishes of B although I can actually delay it? You still remember it with the character of B that I mentioned above? Thorough, disciplined and diligent ... that's his character.

   Well, with the character of this B, all the smoothness of my business activities can run very perfectly. Stock warehouse is always right, finance is always right, employees are always supervised its performance, payroll is always on time until S.O.P which always maintained its performance.

   So in other words, the smoothness of my business activities is very dependent on him. So, what would happen if it turns out he later "mutung" aka cranky because his desire is not fulfilled? Who will run the wheel of my company's activities? Even though I know that sales are the pulse of a business, without the smooth running of a company's activities, it's just a lie.

  You know what I say to the A related to the desire of the B? Here is my remark:

The Legend Of Ambalkebrek

     The village with the rule that had to run. Like the other place in common, Ambalkebrek had myth that so powerful and most of the resident believed on it. They would feel anxious when they didnt do that. Especially was related to Warung Kebrek.

   Warung Kebrek was place to trade activity. That place was famous, every morning it would crowded with the sellers and buyers. Although it was narrow, but didnt know why it was become a center of trade activity like traditional market. Beside that there was ritual in Warung Kebrek. Every Suro ( quotation the one of month in Java ) in that place had to held Wayang Kulit performance. Exactly in the afternoon after dzuhur. Usually it would take on village chiefs birthday (weton).

     Previously there were the condition to held it. The village chief would ask people to slaughter goat that was bought with tax money from the resident. The goats head would be ritual offering which was buried around the Warung Kebrek. While to some hamlet of that village, the goats blood would be buried on elders cemetery. Those conditions had to run especially to held Wayang Kulit performance in Warung Kebrek.

      One day on Suro at about 1980s there was  not Wayang performance in Warung Kebrek. The next morning there was people who possessed and went berserk talking about Warung Kebre to the village chief. Not only that, there were some strange incident. So until now every Suro will be hold wayang performance in Warung Kebrek.

LEGENDA DESA AMBALRESMI

  Dahulu, Ambal adalah sebuah kabupaten yang masih kekurangan Kerajaan Mataram. Saat itu, Bupati Ambal adalah Raden Aryo Blitar. Atmosfernya sepi dan sepi, perdagangan juga berkembang. Sketsa di depan "Pendopo" di Ambal terasa seperti di depan "Pendopo" di Kebumen. Ada sebuah alun-alun kota, di sebelah barat ada sebuah masjid yang bernama Masjid Besar Kabupaten Ambal (adalah bangunan bersejarah yang masih kokoh sampai sekarang). Jangkauannya sangat lebar. Di sebelah barat sampai Puring. Sedangkan di timur sampai Sungai Rawa.

  Selama otorisasi, Aryo Blitar mendapat banyak masalah dari Mataram. Mataram bersekutu dengan Belanda, jadi semua hasil bumi dan rempah-rempah yang disyaratkan Belanda dikirim ke Mataram. Saat itu, di Kabupaten Panjeroma, yang terletak di Nabatiyasa didukung oleh Bodronolo. Dia memiliki dua "Senopati", nama mereka adalah Ganaspati Jonggolo (ditugaskan ke Panjeroma nort), dari Banjarnegara, Purbalingga, sampai Wonosobo. Di sebelah selatan, diserahkan ke Gamawijaya (dia dari desa Plempukan Kembaran, Ambal).

Tapi saat ini, Bodronolo tidak setuju dengan aliansi Mataram dengan Belanda. Maka Gamawijaya mendapat kepercayaan untuk menggerogoti administrasi Kabupaten Ambal. Hasil bumi dan rempah-rempah yang disyaratkan Belanda dirampok oleh Gamawijaya. Hasil perampokan itu diberikan kepada orang miskin. Kemudian, terjadi pertempuran dengan Kabupaten Ambal. Kabupaten Ambal (Aryo Blitar) hilang dan lolos ke Mataram. Kabupaten Ambal hancur, sehingga nama Gamawijaya terkenal dan dia dianggap sebagai pembela orang-orang yang anti Belanda.

   Kemudian, Belanda menghasut Mataram untuk membuat kontes hadiah. Siapa pun yang bisa memenggal kepala Gamawijaya, akan mendapat hadiah di Ambal. Senopati dari Mataram tidak ada yang bisa melawan Gamawijaya. Namun, ada seseorang dari Purworejo bernama Semedi yang menyentuh hatinya untuk mengikuti kontes hadiah. Semedi pun kalah dalam laga melawan Gamawijaya. Kemudian dia lari ke Klirong untuk meminta bantuan kepada Tuan Glondhong Jeruk Agung. Pak Glondhong aord dan dipinjamkan anaknya, Handogo untuk melawan Gamawijaya. Handogo diberi waris bernama "Tlempak". Pertarungan Handogo melawan Gamawijaya. Akhirnya, Gamawijaya terbunuh. Setelah itu, Semadi memenggal Gamawijaya dan membawanya ke Mataram.

   Saat itu, pemerintah Mataram menunjuk Purbonegoro untuk menjadi bupati Ambal, dengan titel Raden Adipati Purbonegoro. Beberapa bulan kemudian, ada isu bahwa Semadi ingin menjadi bupati Ambal. Handogo datang ke Mataram untuk membawa saksi bahwa siapa yang membunuh Gamawijaya bukan Semedi, tapi Handogo. Semedi hanya mengangkat kepalanya. Namun, siapa yang membunuhnya adalah seorang Handogo. Jadi, kerajaan Mataram memerintahkan Purbonegoro untuk menjadi bupati Ambal sepanjang hidupnya.

   Akhirnya, setelah Purbonegoro meninggal, Kabupaten Ambal hilang. Selain itu, sebelum Purbonegoro meninggal, dia berkenan kepada keturunannya untuk tidak menjadi bupati Ambal. Sejak saat itu, Ambal yang merupakan kabupaten menjadi desa bernama Desa Ambalresmi. Kata "resmi" menunjukkan bahwa Ambal masih ada. Kemudian muncul beberapa desa, seperti Ambal Kebrek, Ambal Kliwonan, dan Ambal Pucangan. Namun, pusatnya adalah Ambalresmi.
